What is it like at a real wedding with me as your wedding singer?
Back in April, I was honoured to sing for Emily and Andy at their stunning wedding celebrations at a historic country house and exclusive-hire wedding venue, Pauntley Court in Gloucestershire. I was booked to perform all day for them and their lovely guests. They booked my Daytime Entertainment package which includes the ceremony, drinks reception, wedding breakfast, the cocktail hour where I was joined by a Saxophonist and the first dance.
I set up in the ceremony location, which was a stunning outside location. I sound checked to make sure my levels were ok and that the guests would be able to hear me. Then when the guests started to arrive I sang for approximately 30 minutes while they were taking the seats.

Once the ceremony was over, I discreetly moved my equipment to the next location ready for the drinks reception. I performed an hour set with a great selection of songs, some requested from my repertoire from the couple, and some to ensure that all guests would be happy with the choices.
Once the drinks reception was nearly over and everybody was ready to move inside for the wedding breakfast, I moved my equipment once again into the new location. I performed an entrance song for the newly married couple. They chose Crazy for you by John Coggins–a song I had never sung before but it was a pleasure to learn and I’ve now added it to my repertoire. I sing 2 × 45 minutes sets during the wedding breakfast and work around the speeches.
After the speeches and my performances, there was a little break to get some delicious food that was provided for me and then I began the cocktail hour performance with the First Dance song which was Love me like you do by Ellie Goulding. I was joined by a fantastic saxophonist, Ash.
Emily and Andy invited their guests onto the dance floor half way through their first dance and then once they were there, they stayed there for the rest of the cocktail hour which was more of an upbeat set of songs.

Saturdays in peak season tend to get booked first, and many couples book their music a year or more in advance. I still have some 2027 dates still available, and I'm now taking 2028 bookings too. Where I sing
I cover Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, the Cotswolds and surrounding areas, including Witney, Oxford, Burford, Cheltenham, Cirencester and Banbury, and I'm happy to travel a little further. Not sure if I cover your venue? Just ask.
